It’s hard enough to find a vegan restaurant here in Orlando (though, we do have some favorites…reviews coming soon!). Raphsodic Cooperative Company is a bakery and cooperative. They have bakes goods of every sort (think cupcakes, cookies, “sheescake,”) in every flavor you can imagine. My new favorite thing (which I’ve been told is not for everyone) is their strawberry rosewater cupcakes.
The atmosphere in this little bakery on the corner of Mills and Colonial is so inviting. They have handmade goods, vegan cookbooks and cute little aprons (I want one!) for sale and you can dine-in. Cookies for dinner? Yes, please!
The service is fantastic. Every time I’ve been there they have been eager to answer my questions. Because I wasn’t allowed behind the counter, our server/vegan baked good connoisseur (I made that title up, do you like it?) took the photos for me. Could you ask for better service? I think not.
With Thanksgiving just around the corner, I highly recommend you head over and pick up dessert. (They’re closed on Wednesday and Thursday, so you better get there soon!)
