Orlando Calling: New Music Festival Comes to Orlando

A reminder for all you music lovers out there — In just 9 days Orlando will welcome Orlando Calling to town, a new uber music festival that you wont want to miss!

Held on November 12th and 13th at Orlando’s Citrus Bowl Park, Orlando Calling, will feature performances from over 50 artists, across 4 stages. Noted as the largest festival of it’s kind in Florida, the event will run each day from noon to late into the evening and will showcase artists such as Kid Cudi, The Killers, Kid Rock, O.A.R, Iron & Wine, Parachute, The Roots and more.  With talent like that gracing the stage, it’s not surprising people have been waiting months for this event. In addition to the platinum selling acts, the festival will also offer performances from young emerging talent from the Central Florida area, as well as from across the nation.

Orlando Calling Tickets can be purchased for the entire weekend (Sat and Sun) for $160 before tax/fee or, if you’re working on a budget, you can purchase a day ticket at $87.50 before tax/fee. For those of you who want to splurge, there are even VIP tickets available, which include VIP seating and access as well as complimentary beer, wine, cocktails and non alcoholic beverages.

The organizer of Orlando Calling, Festival Republic, is the same promoter that puts on some of the largest festivals in the UK and the world. This is actually their first event in the U.S. at it’s awesome that they’ve chosen Orlando as their venue! Based on the festivals line up and the extensive experience the organizers have, Orlando Calling is sure to be an unforgettable time that will most likely become a staple event in Orlando.
