Giveaway: Orlando Taste of the Nation Tickets

We have some exciting news!!

AMPlified Culture has a pair of tickets to giveaway to one of Orlando’s top culinary events.

If you remember a few months back we reminded you about Orlando’s annual Taste of the Nation event which showcases Orlando’s finest local restaurants and even more importantly a mission to end childhood hunger in America. Well we now have the opportunity to giveaway a pair of tickets to this wonderful event, a $300 value!

This is a big one folks so don’t forget to spread the word!! The winner of this giveaway will get to enjoy an evening sampling cuisine by chef’s from over 30 of Central Florida’s top restaurants. Entry includes access to the exquisite appetizers, entrees and desserts, along with wine, coffee and beer.  Participating restaurants this year include some of our local favorites such as Bosphorous Turkish CuisineSushi PopK Restaurant & Wine BarTaverna Opa, and dozens more!There will also be entertainment and a fabulous silent and live auction.

Every dollar from this event, yes you heard right- 100% of the ticket sales, goes towards this wonderful organization and their work toward ensuring no child ever goes hungry. Proceeds will even benefit several local organizations, Second Harvest Food Bank of Central FL and Coalition for the Homeless of Central FL.

 

How to Enter 

To enter to win the pair of tickets all you must do is post in the comment section below stating what dishes you’d most like to see at the event (we’ll of course be looking out for some veggie options and I love me some sushi too !!) The winner will be announced on Wednesday 8/15. Additional details on the Taste of the Nation event are listed below.

Also just as a heads up, Taste of the Nation will also be holding a one day promotional offer for tickets on Wednesday, August 15— By using the coupon code ONEDAY when you purchase tickets online you can get $25 off  a ticket.

    I'm always on the look out for sushi but the food at Taverna Opa is excellent as well.

    Anything from K is delicious, and I'm glad they locally source their ingredients. I keep hearing great things about Sushi Pop though and need to trek over to Oviedo one night and try them.

    Loving the idea of earth-loving cuisine! Organic and locally grown foods, like the yummy stuffs served up at Dandelion Cafe, would be GREAT!

    I love volcano rolls and spicy tuna rolls. Ouu how about a green bean, katamala olive, and fingerling potato salad :) )
    tiramisu, how about some amazing citrus mousse with locally grown citrus
    homemade ice cream with local milk yuumm!!!

    Boshporous and Sushi Pop are my favorite :) but ive been really wanting to try taverna opa. Greek salad and chicken souvlaki!

    I'm excited to see Timpano Italian Chophouse there! They have the best sea food around.
